All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the sensitive nature of our research products and the potential for tampering, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or is suspected to be defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. If you believe the product to be defective, we require proof of this with an HPLC test result from an accredited lab. Anecdotal claims will not be accepted. We will require clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon review and approval, we will, at our discretion, issue a replacement or a refund for the affected product.
Missing Items: If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing product. If we verify the claim, we will promptly ship the missing item to you. We use a checklist, double verification standard and photographs to verify these claims, and we keep a photograph of your order on file for 3 business days.
Fraud Prevention: To protect our business from fraudulent claims and ensure order accuracy, we photograph all packages with their shipping labels before dispatch. For high-value orders, a signature will be required upon delivery.
